TBB Talks to ... Damson Idris about Franklin's journey in Snowfall Season 2, the World Cup, and how he's spending his summer break...

Nigerian, British, Peckham born Damson Idris, plays one of the leads in FX series Snowfall.

Created & directed by legend John Singleton(Boyz N The Hood, Higher Learning, 2 Fast 2 Furious)Snowfall is set in 1980s Los Angeles against the backdrop of the burgeoning crack-cocaine explosion.


Damson, plays Franklin Saint a young man who falls into the drug business, and has owned the character, playing him with a quiet humility underpinned with strong determination and resilience. Snowfall's first season which aired July last year in America and in the autumn on BBC 2 here, was quickly renewed for a second season, which kicked off July 19th this year.
