TBB Talks to ... BAFTA Award Winning Producer Dominic Buchanan

Exec-producer of BAFTA Award-winning dark comedy series ‘The End of the F***ing World’, Dominic Buchanan has teamed up with the award-winning producer of Riz Ahmed’s acclaimed feature ‘Mogul Mowgli’, Bennett McGhee to form new production company Home Team.

Home Team’s intention is to develop under-represented creatives and nurture exciting voices- primarily, but not restricted to, filmmakers of colour and women filmmakers of all ethnicities.

We spoke to Dominic about his open letter to BAFTA challenging their awards structure, that time he turned down a deal from Drake, what it means to be a REAL producer and what it was like working with 3 power women Destiny Ekaragha, Naomi Ackie, and Kharmel Cochrane …
