New crime drama 'The Diplomat' premieres on Alibi on February 28th and with beautiful views of Barcelona it’s the perfect anecdote to the pretty rubbish UK weather we’ve been having.
But it’s not all sun, sea and sangrias. Starring Danny Sapani, along with Sophie Rundle (Peaky Blinders) and Serena Manteghi (The Hound of the Baskervilles), it follows the team at the Barcelona Consulate as they attempt to help distressed British nationals.
For The British Balcklist, Afua Hagan sat down with Danny Sapani, to talk about filming in Barcelona, what makes 'The Diplomat' unique and what made him sad, mad and glad this week.
